This summer we are highlighting our Freedom Council members. Today, meet Crystal Crowley.
Randstad is a global staffing organization that provides outsourcing, consulting and workforce solutions across multiple industries.
As senior manager, diversity and Hire Hope Program, Crystal is responsible for the outreach and management of each phase of Randstad’s Hire Hope program. In this role, she is responsible for developing and providing career readiness training to help underserved and at-risk women, including survivors of exploitation and trafficking, gain financial independence. Crystal holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Troy State University, and a Bachelor’s of Science from Northern Illinois University with a concentration in Human Services. Crystal also serves as a representative for Randstad on the Alliance for Freedom, Restoration and Justice Council and as a member of the American Staffing Association Social Responsibility Committee.
This organization has opened my eyes to a worldwide epidemic, which is happening in my own community. I have a responsibility to do what I can to help end Human Trafficking and that’s why I am a part of AFRJ.
